Poire Sec
French for “Dry Pear”, Poire Sec is a medium bodied, dry white produced from a blend of Bartlett and Bosc pears grown in Niagara. Bosc pears bring rich flavour, while Bartlett pears are known for their highly aromatic qualities.
Tasting notes: Medium bodied with caramelized pear bouquet. A dry yet smooth wine, with a long lingering finish.
