“Sur Lie” means “aged on the lees”, and is a classic way of adding body, complexity, and aroma to wines such as Chardonnay. Our Apple Sur Lie is a Niagara original – pure apple wine aged on Chardonnay grape lees, sourced from local wineries, for three months.

Tasting Notes: Complex nose, with aromas of pineapple, melon and vanilla. Full bodied apple wine with a lingering dry finish.
