From exploring exotic European apple varietals and flavours inspired by diverse cultures to exploring the world of yeast cultures, we create complexities that would satisfy even the most curious minds. HISTORY

Ironwood began as a cider label under Sunnybrook Farm Estate Winery (“Sunnybrook”) in 2003. Sunnybrook was founded in 1993 and is recognized as Canada’s original Fruit Winery.

Today, Ironwood is proud to be one of leading cider destinations in Canada.

THE BUILDING

Our state-of-the-art facility is a modern-style farmhouse. The main floor features our retail space and a tasting area that is separated from our large orchard-surrounded patio by a large floor to ceiling glass wall. On the mezzanine level is our sit-down tasting area where guests can enjoy a picturesque view of our orchard.

THE COMMUNITY

Located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ironwood Cider house is the first cider dominated facility in the region.
