Tart Cherry - 7.3% abv
Crafted from local Montmorency cherries and our classic apple; our Tart Cherry features a commanding hit of tart cherry flavour and a bright lingering finish. At 60% cherry and 40% apple, it's easy to make this seasonal a true summer gem and crowd favourite.
Session Oak (Oak Aged Apple Cider)
Our classic apple is aged with three types of French oak to render a smoothly textured cider. Soft apple aromas meld into lingering vanilla and baked fruit on the palate, with a kiss of toasted oak.

Poached Perry (Spice Aged Pear Cider)
Infused with real spices, this off-dry 100% pear cider is sure to become a cozy winter favourite. Reminiscent of ripe pears simmering with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and a touch of ginger.
This Cranberry cider boasts bold flavours of tart cranberries, sourced from Northern Ontario. Crisp and bright notes of cranberry kicks up classic apple notes to pack a refreshingly tart punch. Gnarly, dude!
Bronze Medal - GLINTCAP 2018 "Fruit Ciders"
Yep, the good old Niagara staple that makes people flock to the region can be found here. We throw in a touch of real ginger spice to create an extra level of complexity, and filter it only once to retain as much of the fuzzy peach character as possible.
Cherrybomb! is a firecracker of a hard cider. Crafted from local Montmorency cherries and blended with our Original apple cider, it features a gorgeous ruby colour with a powerful hit of cherry flavour. With a clean bright finish, this is truly a summer gem.
A unique blend of Ontario Bartlett and Bosc pears, "Perrydise" was fermented on oak before further aging another 6 months on its lees. This full-bodied pear cider packs rich and creamy tropical notes such as pineapple and guava, and has a smooth and lengthy vanilla finish.

As the name suggests (if Español is your thing), we aged this refreshing apple cider on three kinds of toasted oak. With smooth vanilla characters, crisp apple notes and a light toasty nose; tres roblés is a triple threat.
Lakeshore Fresh II - (Hop Aged Cider)
Dry-hopped with fresh harvested hops (100% Cascade) grown 2 minutes down the road. Lakeshore Fresh II has a distinctive citric, grassy aroma with a hint of spice and zest at the end.
Bronze Medal - GlintCap 2016
Dark ruby in colour, this seasonal uses a blend of local Niagara sour cherries. It's got a strong left hook, so beware!
