Our VQA certified icewine is produced by leaving grapes to freeze naturally on the vine, resulting in a small harvest of highly concentrated juice, fermented to make this unique dessert wine. Vidal grapes are ideal for this as they are unusually winter hardy, and with high sugar and acidity potential, making for a sweet but well balanced final wine.
Tasting notes: Light gold, with peach, apricot and honey aroma notes. The is wine well balanced with sweetness and excellent acidity, creating a long and satisfying finish.
