Founded in 2013, Ironwood is a contemporary cidermaker focused on precision fermentation and site expression. What began as an orchard project has developed into an estate operation producing both modern and barrel-aged ciders.

Fruit is selected and handled with an emphasis on clarity and balance. Fermentations are conducted under controlled conditions for the modern program, alongside wild and extended élevage for the artisan range. Across both, the objective is definition—of acidity, structure, and aromatic profile.

The tasting program is organized to reflect these approaches, from clean, primary expressions to limited, cellar-driven releases. Walk-ins are welcome; reservations are recommended for guided tastings and tours.
